At Custom Nae’d, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to your needs. To ensure clarity, please review the following policies:
Custom Order Policy
•Lead Times: Orders typically take 2-3+ weeks to complete, depending on the complexity. Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee.
• Design Approval: Clients must approve final designs before production begins. Once approved, changes may not be possible.
• Revisions: Each order includes up to 2 design revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee.
• Measurements: Accurate measurements are essential. Clients are responsible for submitting correct measurements. Alterations due to incorrect measurements may result in longer turnaround and in some cases additional charges.
Custom Order Payment Policy
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (deposit amount varies on purchase) is required to secure your order.
• Full Payment: The remaining balance is due at delivery or pickup.
• Payment Methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle are all forms of payment accepted.
Service Payment Policy
Custom Nae’d only accepts some payments directly through the website.

Most payments are processed through secure payment links or invoices sent after order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Cash, and cash (if applicable). Services will not be fulfilled until payment is received.

Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before appointment) will result in fee.
Refund Policy
• Custom Pieces: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable.
• Alterations: Alterations are available within 30 days of receiving piece.
• Cancellations: Orders canceled within 48 hours of placing the deposit may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Custom Nae'd is based in CINCINNATI, OHIO.
Shipping Locations: I only ship domestically currently. Delivery times vary based on location.
• Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise specified.
• Carrier Delays: I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier but will assist in resolving issues.
• Lost or Damaged Items: Please report damaged items within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.
Delivery: If local delivery is requested, an additional fee of $10 is required.
Care Instructions Policy
Proper care ensures your custom piece lasts for years.
• General Guidelines: Always follow the care instructions provided with your order. If unsure, contact me for clarification.
• Responsibility: I am not liable for damages caused by improper care, such as incorrect washing or drying methods.
